Error on install : Symantec Endpoint Protection -- Symantec Endpoint Protection cannot be installed without 32-bit application support

Issue/Introduction
During an installation for Symantec Endpoint Protection and you receive the error "Symantec Endpoint Protection -- Symantec Endpoint Protection cannot be installed without 32-bit application support" and are looking to see if SEP is supported on devices where the SYSWOW64 support has been disabled or not supported by the operating system.
Environment
Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022
Cause
SEP 14.0 to and including SEP 14.3 ru5 require for installation AND operation the SYSWOW64 support layers provided by the Windows operating system
SEP 14.3 RU6 and all 14.3 RU6 versions fully support installation on systems without Windows SYSWOW64 support buy the operation system as the installer and application suite are fully 64-bit only.
SEP 14.3 RU7 and all 14.3 RU7 versions fully support installation on systems without Windows SYSWOW64 support buy the operation system as the installer and application suite are fully 64-bit only.
Resolution
If you are seeing this error with a RU6 or RU7 client open a support case for assistance. In many cases the issue is GPO related and rolling back the GPO and testing allows install.
Cases have also been resolved by the domain administrator issuing "dism /online /install-feature /featurename:ServerCore-WOW64" and then a "dism /online /disable-feature /featurename:ServerCore-WOW64" refreshing the rights and links to the installer engine.
