Due a fire explosion customer powers off all the data center. and with the electricity restored, all VMs (proxy, reporter, CASB...) work well, but the SMC's GUI interface continued to display the "HTTP status 404 - NOT found" even though the SMC services were restarted.

Investigating the reported error, reveals that both http & https accesses were failing, and further checks revealed that the running MC image was failing boot and there was also no possibility to change the default boot image.

Completing the above, you should gain full HTTP access to the appliance, resolving the reported issue.

Restore an MC Backup Configuration
Note: Restoring Management Center backup, for 3.x.x.x release has to be done from the CLI, as detailed in the Tech. Doc. above. While we are able to back up MC config from Jobs, on the GUI, there isn't such option to do a restore of the config. from the GUI. I should be done from the CLI.
