Issue/Introduction

When trying to generate a full certification campaign report 

Home>Reports>Legacy Reports

Getting the following error

Environment

Release : Identity Governance 14.3

Cause

Users were accessing IG using a proxy address - ig.domain.com

 

 

Resolution

Modify property setting -- reports.baseURL to use IG host instead of Proxy FQDN

Additional Information

Checked address used in Developers Tools - network.

There was one entry in red - Referrer was showing IG used FQDN:port to access reports but IG address was using proxy address which cause the issue
