Issue/Introduction

I have recently changed the password for service account which is used to run UIM IM and other UIM related services, But after that I am not able to login with my AD Domain ID. When i try to go to Access control list, it says " group DL cant be found. It means the AD domain connectivity is somehow lost.

Environment

UIM : 20.3

Resolution

Check if the LDAP password is working ok in hub probe.
