UIM sqlserver probe alarms are not displaying properly in SOI

Issue/Introduction

UIM SQLServer probe alarms in SOI are configured to display the database instance instead of the robot running the probe and generating the alarms.

However, something changed and now the alarms are displaying with the robot hostname instead of the database instance.

Environment

Release : 4.2

Cause

Robot in UIM was deleted, but the alarms were not acknowledge.  The alarms remained, but all the CI information in the UIM database remained.  When they sync over to SOI, the CI information is not available and only the robot hostname remains in the alarm.  This is what is displayed in SOI.

Resolution

There are two possible solutions:

1. Re-add the robot so that the CI's are recreated.
2. Acknowledge the alarms so that they are removed.
