Issue/Introduction

When trying to install using CA_OM_WEBVIEWER_12_1_Updt jar file, I get following error message

Invalid Web Viewer War file

How do I resolve this issue?

Output Management Web Viewer 12.1

Cause

The message means they are lacking the base 12.1 Web Viewer install.

Resolution

The update file is to apply maintenance, The remedy is to go back and install the complete, base product before attempting to apply the latest build.
