Banner tab disabled / greyed out

Issue/Introduction

Some Banner jobs have the Banner tab disabled in the Jobs definition. Others have the Banner tab enabled. Can you advise what may cause this?

Environment

Release :CA Automic Aplications Manager

Release 9.x

Cause

Incorrect group assignment.

Resolution

The Banner tab is usually  disabled (greyed out) when these jobs are assigned a BANNER_GROUP rather than a single BANNER AGENT.  

Please  assign the jobs to the correct  BANNER_AGENT to enable the tab.
