I want my monitoring points to be upgraded automatically.
How do I set the upgrade schedule?
If you visit the Manage Monitoring Points page, you can check the status of your fleet of monitoring points to determine which may require a software upgrade.
By selecting the filter for 'Upgrade Required" you can quickly display all of the monitoring points that require upgrades.
From here, you can configure the upgrade settings by clicking on the gear icon on the far right hand side:
This gives you the option to adjust the upgrade types:
The upgrade types are defined as follows:
Manual - Upgrades are to be performed manually (no automation).
Managed - Upgrades are to be performed automatically when new software is released. This enables you to have the latest software running at all times. The software upgrade schedule is listed on the AppNeta service status page: http://status.appneta.com/
Scheduled - Upgrades are to be performed automatically on a regularly scheduled interval. This enables you to schedule upgrades during your regular network maintenance window. You also have the option of skipping the next upgrade.
Scheduled upgrades provide you with more options for upgrading:

Do note that this is available for Hardware Monitoring Points, and Virtual V35 monitoring points. Windows and Mac Native Monitoring Points (NMPs) as well as Containers (CMPs) use a different method.
