DLL could not be opened

Issue/Introduction

When I execute my app "myapp.exe", I obtain the message "The file myapp.DLL could not be opened" but the file exists in same folder of "myapp.exe".

Resolution

One reason is some third party dlls ...make sure those dlls are present and work on them if need
