Resolution
Prod 0J is the VANTAGE Interface for USS and the error can be fixed applying the GA PTF LU10080.

These options were rolled into the base system license by SYSMOD LU10080. Prior to this SYSMOD, each option was licensed separately. If you do not apply LU10080, you must have a separate LMP key for each option.
