Issue/Introduction

I was able to download the View 14.0 LU09941 vulnerability PTF, but how do I also download the pre-requisites?

Release : 14.0

Resolution

In the Support Portal, if you click on a PTF solution, you are taken to the screen describing the PTF, including means of downloading.

To also obtain pre-requisites to the PTF, rather than click on the method of download, first click the box to the right of the PTF name. 

Then, click on the download function, at the top-right of the page. 

You will then be taken to where you can make the selection as to if you want to include any pre-requisites. 

You are shown a date field, saying how far back you want the PTFs to go. 

With the date field used, you will then be shown a list of PTFs. 

Note: You will be given the full list of PTFs, including pre-requisites, for the PTFs that are in the original list.
