Issue/Introduction

1- Is there a way to give access to an account from another domain in the application?

2-  What happens if our company wants to change the domain name?

 

 

Environment

Release: 6.x, 7.x

Resolution

1- No it is not possible to o give access to an account from another domain in the application.

2- Once the application is installed there are no steps or procedures to change the domain name. In case a Domain name is changed, then the application needs to be reinstalled.
