Timesheet reminders clocks do not shift left

Issue/Introduction

You are on Review and Approve timesheets in Modern UX (MUX).  When you click on the clock for a resource you receive a toast message that says Reminder sent, but the clock does not shift.  This does not happen with all users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to MUX>>Timesheets
2. Click Review and Approve
3. On the list of resources Open column, click on the clock

Expected Result - The clock shifts to the left

Actual Result - The clock stays although you see a message saying Reminder sent.

 

Environment

Release : All supported releases

Cause

The resource that the clock does NOT shift for has Alerts turned off on their Account Settings.

Resolution

Have the resource log in to Classic view and go to Home>>Personal>>Account Settings

Click on Notifications and check the box for Timesheets under Alerts
