Issue/Introduction

We are not able to view/create SLAs from GUI, or remove the SLA objects from CLI.  On the other hand, we can retrieve SLA objects from CLI (idlist). Get a error message the user is an unauthorized user, but the user has the highest permissions in EEM for sure.

The following error in the log file:

Resolution

Need to delete EEM from the Admin Tool and add it back to reestablish a fresh connection.
