Issue/Introduction

Following the refresh operation, I would like to prevent production jobs contained in the CA7 queues to run on the test LPAR.

What is the best practice to take?

Resolution

Here is the best practice to take.

1- Modify the RUNOPT parameter of the ONLINE member: change RUNOPT=(SCAN) to RUNOPT=(NSTA).
2- Code STOPQ=YES on the SCHEDULE statement
3- Start the STC CA7 with TYPE=COLD:
