Issue/Introduction
Received the "Bad Configuration: The device seems to have corrupted config. It might not be possible to change settings" error, while trying to access the interface adapter confiig/settings.. See the snippet below and kindly investigate.
Environment
Release : 7.3.12.1, 7.3.13.x
Resolution
It's been confirmed that the identified defect isn't a regression in SGAC. It was implemented this way from the beginning. So it has always been a bug with SGAC.
The fix for the defect has been provided in SGAC 2.1.3 Build# 282313, released with the following SGOS versions.
- SG Version: SGOS 7.4.0.0 SWG Edition Release: 282462
- SG Version: SGOS 6.7.5.23 SWG Edition and Release: 282287
- SG Version: Version: SGOS 7.3.14.0 SWG Edition and Release: 282424
FYI: SGAC 2.1.3 was never released in SG. SG 7.3.12 used SGAC 2.1.2. SGAC 2.1.4 will be released with SG 7.3.14 and 6.7.5.23.
We have the fix confirmation, follow the upgrade to 7.3.14.1, for an affected appliance.
