Issue/Introduction

There is issues with export/import of custom master objects in CSV / Excel. 

When we import we get an error message but no file displays.

We don't get any end user notifications either. Or when we click on Download, nothing happens

Environment

Release : 16.1.1

Resolution

This is DE69384, resolved in 16.1.2

Note that as a prerequisite, BG Service must be started in order the notifications to be sent and the Downloads to be available.
