Issue/Introduction

SMP/E errors during the APPLY of a PTF: 

GIM69010E ** AN ERROR OCCURRED IN RETRANSFORMATION OF PRODXML LU00351 ON THE CAZ2XML LIBRARY. DATA HAS BEEN LOST. 
GIM69011I    RETRANSFORMATION OF PRODXML LU00351 ON LIBRARY CAZ2XML WAS UNSUCCESSFUL FOR SYSMOD LU08027.

Cause

• The CAZ2XML data set might not be formatted correctly.  Expected format is: DSORG=PO RECFM=VB LRECL=512 BLKSIZE=27998
• The PTF got truncated during transport

Resolution

1. Re-download the PTF(s) identified in both messages GIM69010E and GIM69011I from the Broadcom Support portal.
2. REJECT the current PTF(s) from the GLOBAL zone.
3. RECEIVE and APPLY the newly downloaded PTF(s)
