CA Service Management - Service Desk Manager

Issue/Introduction

Time settings are not correct in Service Desk Manager.

Daylight Savings Time may have recently changed the time zone.

Service Desk Manager administrator would need to verify the Time Zone Configuration of Service Desk Manager.

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.3 and higher

Resolution

Click Administration > System > Servers

 

Then click the Server Name you wish to update.

In the new window that pops up click Edit

Here you can set the time zone for the server

 

All servers' configuration should be checked and corrected if needed
