How to synchronise webengine cache and the end users' browser cache?

Environment

Release : 17.3

Product: Service Desk Manager

Resolution

After SDM version or patch upgrade, or after web customization is performed, the webengine cache and the end users' browser cache  and the web files are not synced. 

Now that the SDM admin runs "pdm_webcache -bH" on SDM server and the webengine-web page files are synced on the server(the -H) and end users will be remaindered

to delete the browser cache so the new and synced web files will be used. And that is why the web page errors will be fixed if they are caused by webengine/web  files and browser

synchronization.
