snmpcollector throws MONS-021 error when trying to open the probe in Admin console

Issue/Introduction

I have the snmpcollector probe that is installed on the customer hub, which is a secondary hub of our infrastructure, but when I try to open the probe using admin console I get this message:

PPM probe is up and running on the mentioned hub. There is a way to make it point to the primary hub?

Environment

• Release: DX UIM 20.4
• ppm 20.44

Resolution

1. Deleted the mpse probe from the Secondary (HA) hub where the Admin Console is deployed

         snmpc then threw a MONS-012 error.

     2. Next, in the snmpcollector probe, using raw configure mode, under the setup section we added the parameter:

         DB_SERVER_MODE

         and set it to true.

     3. Then we deactivated and activated the snmpcollector probe

     4. Then the snmpcollector probe opened in the Admin Console and we checked it and all the profiles were still intact.
