Modify LOB from BASICFILE to SECUREFILE

Issue/Introduction

When upgrading your Oracle MDB it may be more efficient for the customer to change the Harvest MDB LOB from BASICFILE to SECUREFILE

Example

LOB ("VERSIONDATA") STORE AS BASICFILE to LOB ("VERSIONDATA") STORE AS SECUREFILE

Is this supported in Harvest 14.0?

Environment

Release : 14.0

Resolution

Engineering/development has confirmed that this is not supported out of the box.

This has not been tested and we don't suggest doing so unless the DBA is very confident about the data consistency.

If this is configured and there are LOB-related issues noticed, we will not be able to support this.
