Issue/Introduction

You are in the process of enabling your Clarity PPM instance to get data from external source through PPM REST API Call from the external system.

Is it possible to whitelist a specific external URL / IP to do API Call to PPM and block it from all other locations (including custom standalone desktop applications, Postman, etc. )?

Resolution

At this time, we do not have the ability to whitelist specific APIs to only allow access from certain IPs.
