MSP Integration - A Task in 'Not Started' status exports the status as Null

Issue/Introduction

When exporting prStatus to MSP a status of 'Not Started' populates as empty. A subsequent import back into Clarity blanks out the values.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. In Clarity create an MSP Mapping for the "Task" Object with "PPM Attribute ID" of "prStatus" and "MSP Field Name" as "Text10"
2. Open a Project, and ensure that there are Tasks with a Status of "Not Started" (which is the default Status when creating a Task)
3. Launch MSP from the Project.
4. View the Project in MSP, add "Text10" so it displays.

Expected Results: 

Tasks with "Not Started" status, should display "Not Started" in MSP

Actual Results:

Other statuses display correctly, but "Not Started" Tasks are blank. If you then save the Project back into Clarity, the Status will be blanked out on those Tasks.
