Issue/Introduction

When clipboard copy/paste detection is enabled in the DLP Agent Configuration, a clipboard error appears when attempting to create and copy a shared url to the cloud document.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Microsoft Word or Excel locally on the workstation. Open a cloud saved document
2. Use the Share functionality within Word/Excel to create a URL to share. 



3. When attempting to copy the URL by using the "Copy" button, the data is not saved to the clipboard.  A clipboard message pops up with "Item not Collected: Format not supported by Office Clipboard"

Resolution

The clipboard error is not reproduceable with DLP 15.8 HotFix 10 (15.8.00310.01004)
