Sets of incidents remediated in bulk are only partially updated in Symantec DLP

Issue/Introduction

When remediating large sets of DIM incidents (>500) from Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) in Information Centric Analytics (ICA), the new statuses of some incidents are not updated in DLP.

Environment

Release : 6.6.0.0

Cause

This behavior is caused by a defect in ICA version 6.6.0.0 (GA).

Resolution

This defect is resolved in ICA version 6.6 MP1. For assistance with processing remediated incidents that were not updated in DLP, contact Broadcom Support.
