DevTest Portal or API does not show all VSE nodes or all Virtual Services.

Issue/Introduction

On certain occasions when looking for a VSE with a certain name in the DevTest Portal under Monitor, this VSE can not be found. 
The VSE is up and running however. 
On other occasions no Virtual Services are shown for a particular VSE.
Sometimes a refresh of the browser will show the missing VSE or Virtual Services.

When running API requests similar to:
GET http://localhost:1505/api/Dcm/VSEs/VSE/VS
Sometimes no details are returned.
