Some robots consequently create malformed alarms (weird characters)

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes robots create alarms that contain strange characters. See the pictures below for examples.

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 

- UIM: 20.4 CU4.

- Robot: 9.36

 

Cause

Defect

Resolution

Put the attached libplugin_metric.so under /opt/nimsoft/plugins/plugin_metric folder of robots and restart the nimbus service this will resolve this issue.

We will release these changes in CU8.
