Issue/Introduction

Symantec Data Loss Prevention Network Prevent for Email と Symantec Messaging Gateway の連携を行っている環境で、検疫された電子メールメッセージに FlexResponse アクションを実行しようとすると、以下の SSL ハンドシェイクエラーが発生して実行できない。

FlexResponse Action [Email Quarantine Connect Reject Action] failed with message: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate).

Cause

Email Quarantine Connect プラグインの設定ファイルでは、デフォルトで TLSv1 が選択されています。

Resolution

各プラグインそれぞれの設定ファイルで、プロトコルの指定を変更してください。

EmailQuarantineConnectApproved.properties
EmailQuarantineConnectCustom.properties
EmailQuarantineConnectRejected.properties

ssl-protocol-version = TLSv1

以下の通りに変更します。

ssl-protocol-version = TLSv1.2
