Receiving PFU0221E HEADER PAGE error message unloading from table using Fast Unload

Issue/Introduction

During Fast Unload for Db2 for z/OS (PFU) execution against a table that is rarely used may receive the following error message:
PFU0221E - HEADER PAGE ERROR -> FOUND PAGE SIZE : 00000 EXPECTED 04096

Cause

This error may occur because PFU does a check of the tablespace header by default to ensure validity.
This error normally occurs when a tablespace has not been dropped and recreated or reorganized since a previous release of Db2.

Resolution

To bypass this check, either manually create hlq.CDBAPARM member PFU specifying VALIDATE-HEADER NO or add VALIDATE-HEADER NO
to PFU control card input to bypass header page validation.

A reorg of the tablespace would be recommended to resolve the header page discrepancy.
