After upgrading to CU7 I do not see any alarms in the Operator Console alarms page

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to CU7, the Operator Console (OC) pages all load fine except for "Alarms" which just displays spinning circles:

 

Environment

Release : 20.4 CU7

Cause

Webapp alarmviewer-api failed to start

 

Resolution

Highlight the wasp probe in Infrastructure Manager or Admin Console.

In IM, press CTRL+P.  In Admin Console, select the probe menu and choose "Open Probe Utility in New Window".

Execute the callback:  start_webapp

provide the parameter:  alarmviewer-api

 

Once you see the "OK" message, refresh your browser and alarms will display.
