After Upgrade Windows Services Shows CA instead of Symantec for Identity Manager - Connector Server (C++)

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to IM 14.4, in the Windows Services I see

Symantec Identity Manager - Connector Server (Java)
CA Identity Manager - Connector Server (C++)

Is that expected?

Environment

Identity Manager 14.4

Resolution

This is expected. When upgrading a system instead of a fresh install the C++ Connector Server listed in the Windows Services panel retains the name of CA Identity Manager - Connector Server (C++) instead of the new name Symantec Identity Manager - Connector Server (C++)
