Are Items in the Release Backlog Included in the Release and Iteration Burndown?

The Release Backlog is included in the Release & Iteration Burndown. Even though the items aren't scheduled into an iteration yet, they are still scheduled into the Release so at that point the chart will still reflect them needing to be completed by the end of the Release.
