Export to CSV- the Grand Totals not display the same numbers from UI view

Issue/Introduction

You are using Export to CSV from Project - Grid View.  When exporting grand totals to csv the values in the export do not match the UI.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Log in to MUX
2. Go to Project List grid view
3. Click on Columns flyout
4. Add Grand Totals Actuals and ETC
5. Export to CSV

Expected Results: The values for Actuals and ETC are the same as the UI

Actual Results:  The values are getting divided by 3600 resulting in a very small decimal number
