Issue/Introduction

When I run the service debugger in my policy manager I get errors. 

Error says - Uncaught exception in thread 'Timer-#' [Id:###].

When creating a policy manager "report" by using the button for report the report shows,

 

Caused by: java.lang.Exception: Replaced exception of type 'org.springframework.transaction.TransactionSystemException', with message 'Could not commit Hibernate transaction; nested exception is org.hibernate.TransactionException: JDBC commit failed'

 

The JDBC failure is typically corrected by ensuring you are running the latest Monthly Platform Patch
