This is the unofficial SAAS Tenant form that can be used when creating cases. Simply add information to the case description

Resolution

• You need to contact Broadcom Support for assistance with the SaaS Tenant Onboarding process
• Open a support case and provide the below information:

Tenant Name:

Tenant Owner:

Tenant Region:  ___ Europe     ___ US

Tenant Email Address:

Tenant Purpose: 

- Confirm if you need Log for Triage Feature to be enabled: 

Number of Days Retained ___  (Recommended 15 Days)
Log Ingestion Per Day In GB_____  (Recommended: 5 GB)

- Number of APM Agents  

- List of source products sending data along with the device counts, for example, UIM, Spectrum, NetOps

- If you are planning to use AXA features: AXA Sessions per hour
