PII Jobs will not mask Resource Manager name

Issue/Introduction

After running PII jobs, it's expected that the PII data such as resource full name will be completely erased. This is not happening for Resource Manager field which is OOTB and as such we cannot add it to PII as custom attribute

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Find or install an environment where PII jobs are installed with PMO
2. Connect as administrator with permissions to PII Attribute Object
3. Set few resources to Inactive
4. Set the Anonymize Personally Identifiable Information (PII)attribute on the same resources to Selected, Save
5. Run the Anonymize Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with the Inactive Resources option

Expected Results: All the PII fields to be anonymized

Actual Results: Resource Manager field which has the resource manager Full Name is not anonymized.
