Cause

The IPSin questions belong to another service (CRITEO) not satofull.jp:
178.x.x.x
74.x.x.x

However, CRITEO is a company that provides commercial advertisement services. These services can be added as part of webpage design in order to provide some extra service, for example, advertising. In the same way, you may add Google Ads.  

With a free extension - Ghostery - you may check if a particular paged has associated companies that provided additional services.
