When one new user accesses ESP CSF, it shows no JOB.

If one user can't see JOBs from CSF, then it could be:
- The user sets the filter to prevent JOBs from showing on CSF, enter FI from CSF and see if there is any;
- This user doesn't have access to related ESP security profiles. He/she can issue "LCSF" from ESP page mode and see if any data shows up; if not, reach your ESP admin to check his/her security setup.
