what racf access would i need to run RSERVERB?

Issue/Introduction

Reporting server was down for a around 24 hours due to some hardware work. 

When trying to run the cybrss03 job to upload past data that got missed and i am getting 

ESP6964E Access to RSERVERB command denied by security system   

What racf resource for ESP is needed to run this command? i can not find any doc about it

 

Environment

Release : 12.0

Cause

Job CYBRSS03 receives

RSERVERB START HISTID(HIST1) HISTFILE('/tmp/histfile.bin')               

ESP6964E Access to RSERVERB command denied by security system

Resolution

Make sure their is a ESP.RSERVERB security profile in the FACILITY class, with at least READ access.
