Modern Benefit Plans Not Visible

Issue/Introduction

The financial,budget, and benefit plans can be seen in the Classic, however only the Financial Plans and Budget Plans can be seen in the Modern.
How can Benefit Plans be activiated in the Modern?

Resolution

Only the Benefit plans for exist for Custom Investments prior to 16.1.0.

The Modern Benefit Plans for projects are not available until 16.1.0.
