RECEIVE ORDER JCL is not receiving LU06812 and the LU08711

Issue/Introduction

After installing release 11.6 via the z/osmf method, trying to use RECEIVE ORDER JCL to make sure all PTFs are received (to then be applied via z/osmf), the job ends with RC=00 but fails to install the latest two PTFs: LU08711 and LU06812.

Environment

Easytrieve Report Generator, Release : 11.6

Resolution

1. LU06812 is actually included when installing Easytrieve release 11.6 via z/OSmf.

2. LU08711 will install via the RECEIVE ORDER JCL as long as the JCL used does not have TRANSFERONLY option specified as this tells SMP/e not to RECEIVE the PTF.

    The PTF is stored instead in the SMPNTS directory.  So, then the RECEIVE would need to be run from NTS or rerun the order without the PARM.
