Selecting value for Filter in Staffing Workspace does not check the box

Issue/Introduction

In the MUX Staffing Workspace, you go to filter by Organizational (Resource).  When selecting the values, the checkbox does not get checked although the values show in the filter and are filtered correctly.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Go to MUX>>Staffing workspace
2. In Staff Grid, click to show filters
3. Click Add filter
4. Add Organizational (Resource)
5. Try to check a box

Expected Result - The box is checked and added to the filter

Actual Results - The box does not get checked, but is still added to the filter
