What is the correct order to stop and start the CCS Application Server Services?

Environment

Release: CCS 12.5.X and 12.6.X

Resolution

NOTE: This example also has the CCS manager and CCS Agent services as well, just disregard if those services are not present on your Application Server.

When stopping the CCS Application Server Services, start from the top of the list of Services (as shown in the screenshot above) at the 'Symantec Application Server Services' and proceed down the list stopping each of the highlighted services, and ending on 'SymantecCCS' service:  

 

When starting the CCS Application Server Services, start from the bottom of the list starting with 'SymantecCCS' service and then go up the list starting each of the highlighted services, ending with the 'Symantec Application Server Services' service.
