Subprocess Launched Do Not Show In Initiated Tab

Issue/Introduction

We have a process that keeps on failing because of a nested subprocess, however we are unable to see the subprocess that ran so we can do analysis.

 

Resolution

1. Clear out the errors for the subprocess/process
2. After these errors are cleared, it then will show the subprocess instances on the Initiated tab
