MUX - Idea Financial Help Incorrect Link

Issue/Introduction

When accessing "Help" through the MUX (and NOT using ICE) for Idea Financials, the help goes to a bad link

1. Log into Clarity MUX
2. Open an Idea that is financially enabled.
3. Click the "Financial" module.
4. Go to "Help", a link will open like: "https://techdocs.broadcom.com/bin/gethidpage?hid=HID_newux_idea_financials&space=CCPPMOP161&language=&format=rendered"
This is an incorrect link.

Expected Results: 

The Help should load.

Actual Results:

A page that displays "[]" displays. This appears to happen for all versions

Release : 15.9.3, 16.0.x, 16.1.0, 16.1.1
