Issue/Introduction

Copy of Values from Excel to Clarity does not work when the Windows Regional settings are not set to English (Regional Language Settings).

1. Change your account settings to Language: Portuguese, Region Portuguese (Brazil)
2. In Modern UX open a Cost Plan, try to paste numbers in multiple rows

Example:

12,34
125,341
132,343

The paste does not work

Expected Results: Should paste the values copied to Clarity.
Actual Results: The paste does not work.

Resolution

This is DE69541, fixed in 16.1.3

Workaround: Enter values manually instead of copy & paste from Excel.
