Need of MQ in OPSOSF

I have a question about the need for MQ datasets namely
xxx.SCSQLOAD
xxx.SCSQAUTH
in OPSOSF PROCLIB member. If you could please tell me briefly the reason OPSMVS needs these datasets?

Resolution
The OPSOSF servers only require access to MQ modules if you have REXX programs that use the ADDRESS MQ host environment.
This access can be through STEPLIB or LNKLST.
