Issue/Introduction

PAM Admin was attempting to use the CLI of setPasswordViewReasons and getting the following error:

{"success":false,"message":"PAM-CM-4075: Error processing request. Please contact Administrator."}

 

 

Environment

Release : 4.1.x

Resolution

PAM admin was trying to create a custom checkout reason with a string of "Incident Number #" via our remoteCLI via a browser.

Ultimately to resolve the issue that had to use the HTML code %23 -> to pass the string of # via an HTML string.
