PAM Admin was attempting to use the CLI of setPasswordViewReasons and getting the following error:

PAM admin was trying to create a custom checkout reason with a string of "Incident Number #" via our remoteCLI via a browser.
Ultimately to resolve the issue that had to use the HTML code %23 -> to pass the string of # via an HTML string.
