Issue/Introduction

Where in PAM UI can one change the LDAP Refresh interval ?

Release : 4.x.x

Cause

Request For Information (RFI)

Resolution

 

1. On the PAM UI please navigate to Configuration==>3rd Party===>LDAP and arrive at a page that lists configured LDAP Domains.

2. Double-clicking on a specific domain takes one to the Update Doman XXX page, where one of the parameters to configure is the refresh interval. There also is a checkbox to disable the periodic update.
